10 minute walk from JR Shinjuku station. Go out the east exit of the station and walk north towards Kabukicho. Continue going north along the street adjacent to the Prince Hotel. When you see the Green Plaza Shinjuku capsule hotel/sauna on the right hand side, take a right and Marz will be on the left hand side.2 minute walk from Seibu Shinjuku station.
